Mickaël GOMARD, certified trainer in Industrial Engineering
With 10 years of industrial engineering expertise, Mickaël is a certified trainer in Quebec by the CPMT, ISO 9001: 2015 certified auditor by Exemplar Global and Green Belt in Continuous Improvement.
Originally from Reunion Island, he first studied two DECs. First in electronic engineering and then in industrial maintenance. Thanks to his curiosity, his attraction to the international experience and his search for challenge, Mickaël made the decision to immigrate to Quebec to live the experience of “maple syrup”. In order to soak up the local way of life, he resumed studies in industrial engineering in one of our beautiful regions: Beauce.
The surprise was very pleasant when he discovered that the world of industrial engineering corresponds to the search for performance by putting human beings above all at the center of success. Human position being at the heart of his values, it was at this time that he was convinced to make it his profession.
In 2008, he moved to France to complete a cooperative baccalaureate in industrial logistics in the aeronautics field.
While recognizing that France is his homeland, he remains a Quebecer at heart. He therefore returned to Quebec and created the STGI entity, which aims to support Quebec companies advocating human values in their processes, in order to achieve a healthy performance objective.
In addition to his operational cap, he creates and gives professional training thanks to his dual title of certified trainer and certified auditor in Quality (ISO 9001). The training they offer is specialized in industrial engineering and quality.
